The purpose of the general report is to track the overall performance and well-being of the merchant’s business. It provides the merchant with a comprehensive overview of key metrics such as Footprint, Booking, and Redemption.
Step 1: To access the General Report, click on “Report” in the left menu bar.
Step 2: Select the report that you would like to analyse with the correct settings (Start/End time, Live/UAT, or Branches).
- Footprint: The digital presence or visibility of the campaigns across various online platforms and channels. It encompasses the reach, impact, and engagement of the campaign, including metrics such as website traffic, social media interactions, ad impressions, and overall online brand exposure. Essentially, it measures the extent to which the campaign is leaving a mark or impression on the digital landscape. Hint: You can always select your preferred format for presenting your data.
- Redemption: The summary of redemptions on a daily or monthly basis.
- Outstanding Redemption: The summary of unredeemed orders.
- Booking Status: The summary of booking status on a daily or monthly basis.
- Business on Book: The daily or monthly summary of bookings for each product group or child.
- Booking Status Summary: The details/information of each booking order.
- Booking Status Summary (UTM): The booking details/information data collected through UTM integration.
