The notification report serves as a means to monitor the email or SMS notifications that have been dispatched to customers. Its purpose is to assess the accuracy of the messages sent and determine the quantity of emails sent within a specific timeframe.
Step 1: Specify the desired month for the notification report.
Step 2: Specify the desired campaign for the notification report.
Step 3: Now you have the ability to monitor the notification sent of your campaign such as platform summary, campaign notification and notification log.
Step 4: To download the notification report, simply click on the “Download” button located at the top right corner. From there, choose your preferred report for the download.
