The backend system enables users to monitor the progress of their redemption status, serving the purpose of maintaining comprehensive records.
Step 1: Navigate to the Order menu and select “Redemption”.
Step 2: Evaluate the redemption data and consider a status of “Delivered” as indicative of successful redemption.
