Merchants can take advantage of the web-based redemption feature available on the KLIKNROLL system for conveniently redeeming customer orders. Additionally, they have the ability to track the status of redemptions and maintain records effectively.
Step 1: Click “Redemption” from the menu located on the left.
Step 2: To initiate the scanning process, simply click on the camera button to scan the QR code. Alternatively, you can manually enter the Redemption Code situated beneath the QR code and then click on the “Search” button.
Step 3: Verify the redemption information and select the “Redeem” option.
