Tier Discount – Only applicable to Quick Order 2.0.

The tier discount setting allows users to configure the details of their tier discount. Please note that this discount is not applicable to the Quick Order 1.0 module for eCommerce Order Management System.

Step 1: Toggle the Tiered Discount for Total Quantity of all Products Field to “ON” to activate the tier discount function. By enabling this, buyers get different discounts when they purchase a certain total quantity of all products combined.

Step 2: Set up the product tier discount.

  • Status: Toggle the status to “ON” to activate the tier discount function for the specific product. Hint: In a single campaign, if both the tier discount and an applied discount code are available, they cannot be combined.
  • Quantity Tier 1: The minimum quantity required to qualify for the discount in Tier 1. The same format applies to Tiers 2 to 4, with Tier 4 being the highest tier achievable in this module.
  • Discount for Tier 1 (By percentage): The total discount by percentage for quantity tier 1. Set “80” for 20% off, “70” for 30% off, similarly for other discount amounts. The same format applies to Tiers 2 to 4, with Tier 4 being the highest tier achievable in this module.
  • Discount for Tier 1 (By dollar value): The total discount by dollar value for quantity tier 1. The same format applies to Tiers 2 to 4, with Tier 4 being the highest tier achievable in this module.

 

Step 3: Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

Buy X get Y Discount – Only applicable for Dine-In 1.5

The buy X get Y setting allows users to configure the details of their buy X get Y discount. Please note that this discount is only applicable to the Dine-In 1.5 module.

Step 1: Select discount method. 

Step 2: Specify the discount rate by entering a corresponding value. Use 90 for a 10% discount, 70 for a 30% discount, and so on for other applicable discounts. If there is no discount available, leave the field blank, for example, in the case of free products.

 

Step 3: Toggle the status to “ON” if the free item required service charge.

Step 4: Insert the discount details

  • Buy Quantity: The cumulative quantity of products required for customers to qualify for the discount.
  • Get QuantityThe total quantity of products customers can receive at a discounted rate once they reach the Buy Quantity.
  • Buy Relation: The connection or rule that governs the discount eligibility based on the relationship between Buy Quantity and Get Quantity
  • Get Relation: The method through which the Get Product(s) included will be subject to a reduced price.
  • Buy Product: The specific product that needs to be purchased in order to qualify for the discount. Please assign the appropriate tags (“Adult,” “Child,” or “Senior”) in the product’s child settings to categorise it as a Buy Product.
  • Get Product: The product/group(s) that will be discounted if the Buy Relation criteria are met. Please assign the appropriate tags (“Adult,” “Child,” or “Senior”) in the product’s child settings to categorise it as a Get Product.

Step 4: Toggle the Discount Status to “ON” to activate the discount.

Step 5: Click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
