The giveaway settings in the Voucher Management System allow users to set up their giveaway products. Customers who reach the specified quantity or amount for purchase will receive the corresponding gifts that have been configured in this setting.
Step 1: Navigate to the Giveaway tab and click “+” at the top right corner.
Step 2: Insert the Name, Short Name and SKU of the gift/product. You can also replicate the settings from an existing product.
Step 3: Fill in the PLU (Price Lookup Code), if applicable.
Step 4: Toggle the status to “ON” to activate the gift/product.
Step 5: Click on the “Save” button to save your giveaway’s settings.
Step 6: To edit, duplicate, or delete a gift/product that has been created, simply click on the icon located on the right side of the respective gift/product.
Step 7: Go back to the product child tab and click edit.
Step 8: Scroll down and insert the giveaway details.
- Giveaway Eligibility Criteria: Stating the condition(s) when the user will receive the giveaway. Hint: Giveaway Eligibility Criteria is also called “Gifts Condition” in Dine-In 1.0 and Dine-In 1.5.
- Giveaway Item: Select the giveaway item.
Step 9: Click on the “Save” button to save your product giveaway’s settings.
