The issue may be caused by the email being directed to the spam folder or an incorrect email address. Please ask the customer to check their spam folder and verify that they provided the correct email address.
To resend the email, follow these steps:
- Go to Order > All Orders.
- Select the specific order.
- Click the pencil icon on the right.
- In the Billing section, click the Resend Confirmation Email button.
