Users have the ability to generate a payment link that serves as an invoice for their customers. Once customers receive a payment email, they can conveniently make payments by clicking on the payment link provided in their emails or any other communication channel.

Step 1: Navigate to the Order menu and click “Payment Links”.

Step 2: Click “Create Payment Links” and insert the information needed. 

Step 3: To activate the “testing” payment link, switch the status to “ON.” However, if it is an actual payment link, DO NOT switch the status to “ON.”

Step 4: Click “CREATE” to create the payment link.

Step 5: Once the payment link is generated, customers will receive an email containing the payment details. Additionally, you have the option to resend the payment email by selecting ‘Resend Email’, close the payment link by clicking ‘Close’, or modify the payment link by clicking the edit icon. Hint: Note that users can also copy the payment link and share it with their customers through various platforms, not limited to email.
