What do these errors indicate?

THE CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN OVER

This means the campaign has reached its end date. To reactivate it, go to the General Tab > Campaign End Date/Time and either remove or adjust the end date.

THE CAMPAIGN IS NOT ENABLED

This means the campaign status is currently off. To reactivate it, go to the General Tab and toggle the status to “On”.

INVALID PRODUCT GROUP

This means the campaign product settings are incomplete. To finish the setup, please select the available days and the branch for both the product group and child products.

NO AVAILABLE CHILDREN UNDER THE SELECTED GROUP

This issue occurs if you selected “Select Product Category” in the Advanced tab but didn’t choose a branch in “Select Branch/Outlet.” To fix this, go to “Select Branch/Outlet” and choose the appropriate branch.

This error code typically appears when you delete multiple products. Click “Back” to return to the product page.
